Returns & Exchange Policy
At Orsa Couture, we follow the UK’s size guide to help you choose the perfect size. However, if you encounter any issues with your order and wish to return or exchange it, you may ship it back to:

Guidelines for Return/Exchange:
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- All items for return or exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- To place an exchange request, please email us at info@orsacouture111@gmail.com. We will respond to your query within 24-48 hours.
- Return/exchange shipping charges will be borne by Orsa Couture.
Important Points:
- Refunds and cancellations are not available.
- For returns, a credit note will be issued for the order value, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customised outfits are not eligible for return, but size exchanges can be arranged for custom orders.
