Returns & Exchange Policy

At Orsa Couture, we follow the UK size guide to help you select the perfect size. However, if you encounter any issues with your order and wish to return or exchange it, you may ship it back to:

Guidelines for Returns & Exchange:

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• To place an exchange request, email us at info@orsacouture111@gmail.com. All queries will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
• To and fro shipping charges in case of return/exchange will be borne by us.

Please Note:

• We do not offer refunds or cancellations.
• For returns, a credit note will be issued for the order value, which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customized outfits are not eligible for return. Size exchange can be availed for customized outfits.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at limited pincodes. Please check availability with us via Instagram @Orsa_Couture. COD charges will be ₹79 per order.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 5-7 working days and delivered within 15 working days. Our shipping partner include Ship Rocket.

During festivals or unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays. Rest assured, we will make every effort to deliver your order at the earliest.
